Speaker Bio:
Tommy Fung served as a Senior Detective Inspector of the Hong Kong Police for 15 years. During his 15 years of service in the Force, he was mainly attached to the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) where he perfected his interview skills and the technique of reading people's minds. After he left the Force, Tommy joined a British Security Company as HR Manager. Subsequently, Tommy joined the Asia-Pacific Learning and Development Department of HSBC as a Leadership and Management Training Manager. He was one of the master trainers in delivering selection Interview training to HSBC employees in the Asia-Pacific Region.
